Creating Mobile Friendly Content
There is a lot of content available to use on mobile devices. YouTube videos, Pinterest images, newspaper and magazine articles, twitter and text messages just to name a few. But what if you want to create content for your students to use in and outside the classroom? Or perhaps you want students to create content that they can share with their classmates and friends on mobile devices?
Web 2.0 tools make it easy for us all to be creators as well as consumers of content on the internet but now we're adding the extra filter of creating content that will look good and be easily read/watched on a small screen. Depending on the devices your students are going to be using, you may also want to limit the use of Flash (still a challenge for iPad/iPhone users and also for some Android users).
